Our Current Shipping Methods are:

Canada Shipments
• For an order of $99 or more (before taxes and after rebate), the shipping is free across Canada.
• For an order of less than $99, the shipping is a low flat fee of $9.99* across Canada.

This offer is valid only with online order or phone order at 1-866-574-6886.

Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. WHEY DEPOT will ship your order by Canada Post or Purolator or UPS. Please allow 2-8 business days for delivery, depending on destination. All orders placed after 1:00pm do not process until next business day. All orders received over the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday am, then will be shipped within 24 hours.

* Shipments that require extra shipping charges levied by Canada Post may not qualify for free shipping and shipping charge of $9.99. This is a rare occurrence and applies to shipments of excessive weight or those arriving to extremely rural areas. If this is the case we will contact you before we make any charges to your account.
* Tracking information will be provided to customers with valid email addresses.
*A fee of $10 to $20 may be charged for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customers’ error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you provide.

United States Shipments
• Starting at $9.99 for all orders across the United States.

International Shipments (Worldwide)
International Shipping 7 - 14 Days starting at $9.99! This service is very popular. The rates for International Shipping are based on the weight of the package. To receive an actual shipping rate quote, add the items to your online cart. Follow the checkout process. Shipping rates will be proposed to you in real time based on your package weight and destination before any payment information is requested.

*Be advised, we can only deliver to verified billing address on Credit cards. Items must be signed for by card holder. This allows us to except credit cards for convenience but still protect our customer from fraud.

* Shipping charges do NOT include duties, taxes, or other applicable fees for your country. Please check with your local customs agency or the appropriate government offices to clarify possible charges.

How Do I return A Product ?
We stand behind our products and 100% guarantee the quality of our products . We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 30 days of receipt at home and they must be in their original packaging. We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using XpresspostMC for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.

Lost or Damaged Shipment
Please contact Customer Service at 1-866-574-6886, from Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm - Eastern Time.

Delivery Promise
All orders are normally shipped to the delivery address that you supplied within 48 hours of receipt. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer delivery time, then you will be notified of the revised shipping date and given the opportunity to cancel your order.

Shipping Time Frame
All in stock orders are shipped the same day if the order is received before 1pm Eastern Time during weekdays (non-holiday). Weekend or holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the next business day. Shipping times are between one to five business days.

Stock availability
If an item is out of stock we will notify you by phone or email. If we’ve sold out you will be offered an alternative and we will tell you how long you will have to wait until new stock arrives. You will be notified of the revised shipping date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Backordered items, if shipped separately, will incur additional shipping charges.

If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer delivery time, then Whey Depot reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be reimbursed for the full cost of the order.

Delivery Failures
In most cases a delivery failure occurs when the courier company contracted to deliver your package leaves the package at its destination without a signature. The time the package may sit unattended makes it vulnerable to many outside forces. Such as theft, weather etc. To limit these happening you may want to leave a note for the driver. Such as: "Dear Courier, Please leave any parcels at front door (or leave with building Manager/office etc.) Signed, Your Name. This way the driver has a clear location to leave the package and you will know where to expect it. If your package is missing we will file a claim with the courier and reship your items after approval from courier. Whey Depot is not responsible for time delays due to delivery failures.

Order Status and Tracking
You can check the status of your order online and find out when it shipped. For orders shipped via Canada Post /Purolator / UPS you can also track your package. If you feel your order is taking longer than normal to arrive, please check your order status online or E-mail our Customer Service Department.

Orders Delivered to Quebec, Canada
The 5% Federal Sales Tax (GST) and the 7.5 % Provincial Sales Tax (PST) are applied to orders delivered to Quebec addresses.

Orders Delivered to the Rest of Canada (excluding Quebec)
Only the 5% Canadian Federal Sales Tax will be applied to these orders, except for New Brunswick, New Foundland and Nova Scotia who will be charged for the HST 13%.

No Sales Taxes for U.S. Customers
